Dead Levee:
Dead Levee is a 4-piece old-school, no-nonsense hard rock band based out of Regina,Sk consisting of members Tayler “Izzy” Morgan, Ray Klapatiuk, Rylan “Buck” Dusyk, and Preston Laschuk. Their aggressive, organic, and attitude-driven style harkens back to the high energy rock of the late 60’s with the attitude of 90’s rock.
Dead Levee’s live show is a lively experience that offers high energy stage presence alongside their captivating original material. Big, bold guitar solos, rippin’ vocals, and heart-pounding rhythm revitalize the contagious energy of rock ‘n roll that the world fell in love with in a fresh new way.
Playing alongside established bands such as: Chilliwack, The Trews, Monster Truck, One Bad Son, The Lazys, The Wild!, and Econoline Crush. Touring coast to coast, and playing hundreds of shows, including the 2022 CFL Labor Day classic, they are no stranger to the stage. Dead Levee’s most recent record was produced by multi-Juno award winning producer, Garth Richardson (Rage Against The Machine, Nickelback, Alice Cooper). Mixed by Juno award-winning Mixer, Kevin Dietz (The Glorious Sons, JJ Wilde), and Mastered by Noah Mintz, (Arkelles, Billy Talent, Matt Mays, Death From Above 1979).
The singles off the Rise Up EP, Nothing Good Comes Easy and Rise Up have been featured on Hockey Night in Canada and played on multiple Active-Rock Radio Stations, including 104.9 The Wolf (Regina) and 94.9 The Rock (GTA).
Currently, Dead Levee is working on a full length album with bassist Tayler “Izzy” Morgan on lead vocals. The first single with the new lineup is a high energy rock song called “Shout” (Mixed by Mike Fraser – AC/DC, Metallica, Aerosmith), which was released September 2nd, 2022 and has since surpassed all previous songs in streams, plays on Active-Rock Radio, as well as being featured on Hockey Night in Canada and performing at the CFL Labour Day Classic at Mosaic Stadium in Regina Sk. On September 8th, 2023, Dead Levee dropped their second single, “Love & Misery”, off their upcoming record. “Love & Misery” has received a lot of support, including being featured on Sportsnet’s Toronto Blue Jays broadcasting, featuring on Hockey Night In Canada, and multiple active-rock radio plays
Brayden King:
Towering at 6’9”, Brayden King has a larger-than-life presence, that is exemplified on stage! King, who is originally from Weyburn, Sask. now calls Alberta home. After receiving the infamous “Golden Ticket” on Season 21 of American Idol, he is turning heads across North America. Originally inspired by rock and roll, King describes his sound as riding on the edgy side of country. Luke Bryan called King “a perfect mix between Ed Sheeran and Stapleton.”
Brayden King is known for his high-energy, crowd-engaging performances. He spends most of his time relentlessly touring across the Canada.
